In accordance with the terms & conditions of the site RehabBingo.com is updating its database of players. This is a yearly event and it requires players to make sure their account is up to date.

If you have NOT used your account in over 365 days your account may fall inactive. You have 14 days from the 1st of September 2010 to decide what you wish to do with your player account.

If your player balance in cash is MORE THAN €25 you can do the following;

1. Request a withdrawal for the balance of over €25
2. Play through your balance which reactivates your account
3. You can donate any cash balance that is in your account directly to Rehab Group for one of their many worthy projects.

If your player balance in cash is LESS THAN €25 you can do the following;

1. Play through the balance and it will reactivate your account
2. Donate whatever balance is left in your account to Rehab.

Please note if you have NOT used your account in over 365 days your bonus will expire automatically in 14 days on the 14th of September unless you play it through.

If you haven’t logged into your account in a while you can contact support and request your user name to be sent out to you or they can check your balances for you.
