If you are having any problems getting into the Bingo Rooms here is what we recommend you do:

Internet Explorer 7 & 8 Users:

  • Open up Internet Explorer and go to the TOOLS menu.
  • Click on DELETE BROWSING HISTORY and tick the boxes to DELETE COOKIES, HISTORY and DELETE TEMPORARY INTERNET FILES.
  • Reboot your PC and try again.
  • If you are still experiencing problems, go to www.adobe.com and click the box ‘Get Flash Player’. This will ensure you are on the most up to date version.
  • If you wish to try an alternative browser (in case the problem is Internet Explorer) , we recommend FIREFOX available as a quick download from www.mozilla.com.

FIREFOX USERS (up to version 3.5.5)

  • Open up Firefox browser
  • Go to the TOOLS MENU and  click CLEAR PRIVATE DATA (or Clear Recent History)
  • Tick CACHE and COOKIES (& browsing and download history if available) boxes and click the box ‘Clear Private Data now’.
  • Close Firefox and reboot your PC.
  • If you are still experiencing problems, go to www.adobe.com and click the box ‘Get Flash Player’. This will ensure you are on the most up to date version.

WHAT ARE ‘WAGERING REQUIREMENTS?’

Bonuses with wagering requirements will require the player to wager (spend) a multiplier of the original bonus before any winnings will be returned to the cash balance. An example is shown here below:-

Player receives a bingo bonus of €10.00 with a X 2 wagering requirement.

The player must stake at least €20.00 in bingo before winnings from that bonus are returned to the cash balance. If a player’s bonus and pending award balance reaches zero at any point then any outstanding wagering requirements will be cleared and the bonus will be set to ‘spent’.

Any winnings you make whilst playing on a game with outstanding wager requirements will be stored in the ‘Pending’ balance until you meet the wager requirement. You cannot withdraw cash from your pending balance.

WITHDRAWING WHILE WAGERING

If the player makes a cash withdrawal prior to meeting a wager requirement they are liable to lose any remaining bonus funds they may have. This will not affect any winnings you have made whilst using these bonus funds however, you will still be required to complete the wager requirements before you can release the winnings to your cash balance.

OPTING OUT OF BONUSES

Some bonuses will require you to either opt in or out. By selecting to opt in you are accepting all terms and conditions associated with that bonus. You will not be able to opt out once you make your 1st stake after opting into a bonus. By opting out you are forfeiting the bonus and we will be unable to re-enter you for that bonus.

WHERE CAN I SEE WHAT I NEED TO WAGER TO GET MY BONUS?

You are able to view all of your bonuses, information on any associated wager requirement and your progress towards meeting that requirement from within your Account/Promotions/My Bonus Funds screen.

Clicking the ‘i’ beside each amount in the Awarded Bonus column will show you whats left to wager before you get the bonus. (Click on pic below to see full size)
